We invite you to a dinner in the tradi onal environment of Pelion. A good restaurant and a delicious meal is im- portant, as well as anywhere else in Greece. Pelion is in the tradi on of some unique and tasty dishes to try. Through our organized trips, we o er you the rare oppor -tunity to experience the cuisine of Pelion in originality. The "spetzofai" with green peppers and local sausage Pelion is arguably the most famous of the local dishes. Other popular dishes are the tradi onal Pelion bean soup called "soup" and boiled goat meat, so as «Gida vras ». In our program included selected tradi onal taverns where guests will taste homemade recipes. Most restaurants in our area exclusively use local products so that your plate is always full of delights and goodies straight from Pelion. The generous nature of Pelion in combina on with cultur-al in uences over the centuries have created the re ned cuisine of Pelion. Simple raw materials, such as mushrooms, chestnuts, walnuts, ap- ples, ferns, grasses and herbs provide the basis for the unique taste combina- ons.   • Day 2: A er breakfast full-day escape by boat to the beaches of the East Coast (Agios Ioannis, Damouchari, Fakistra,Mylopotamos, and Lambinou) or according to the weat-her condi ons there is an alterna ve, of an excursion by transfer from Agios Ioannis to the majes c Damouchari and from there walking up to Tsagarada for lunch (op onal) in a local tavern.   • Day 4: After breakfast, transfer by bus to Milies. Here you have all the me to explore the village walking through from the stone paths, the square with the old church and the sta on with the tradi onal train of Pelion (Moutzouris).   • Day 5: The day begins with a delicious breakfast. Then transfer to Farm Kritsa where the cooking lessons take place, food, and then free to wander in the village or to nearby Makrinitsa. Course Length: Approximately 4 hours Accommoda on: Portaria
  • Day 6: The day begins with breakfast. We con nue walking the Path of the Centaurs and explora on of the small stone paths of Portaria. Tradi onal meal in tavern of the village.
